The mental or emotional symbol [ say-hay-key ] | It is used primarily for mental and emotional healing, purifying and calming the mind. Empowers the heart and removes negative energies and bad vibrations. Healing and cleansing feelings and emotions. Restores inner balance and harmony It helps to heal emotional or psychological issues, including fear and anger to depression and grief. Clears emotional blockages and aids in the removal of addictions. Use the Sei Hei Ki symbol to meditate with and more uses and understanding will come to you.

It can be used for any distance - into another room, another town or across the world; there are no barriers. It can be used for future events or even to heal past traumas. As this symbol connects to a higher spirit, it enhances the togetherness of all beings, bringing a state of divine union, understanding and love.
