Chakra

Energy exists in all things, and in us human beings there are seven main energy centres called CHAKRAS.

These Chakra points to some degree determine how we feel; they are like wheels of energy turning in unison through our body, each one relating to the other, but if our energy centres become depleted or blocked, then our body cannot function properly. This can lead to a variety of problems on any level. Holistic balance is the key, we are body, mind and spirit and none of these areas work entirely on their own.

A well-balanced Chakra system will make you feel full of life, balanced and harmonious, but when the Chakras are not balanced you may feel lethargic, uneasy and misplaced.
